Usage Advice
Adults: According to the manufacturer, take 2 capsules a day, one in the morning and one with dinner.
If the effect is considered insufficient, we recommend taking 1-2 additional capsules per day (3-4 caps./day) in order to achieve an adequate dose of harpagosides.
You may need to take it for several days before you start to see the effect.
