Best thing that ever happened to me. My lymphatic system was blocked. My GP did not do anything about it since 2019.. Dandelion Root Tea
For a cup of water, boil a dessert spoon of dandelion root for 5 to 10 minutes.
Take 1 cup 1-2 times a day.

The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded;

In this way, we managed to save our environment a little more, significantly reducing the possible waste of pre-packaging.
