Licorice Root Tea
For a cup of water, boil a dessert spoon of licorice root for 5 to 10 minutes.
Take 1 cup 1-2 times a day.
Do not take for long periods or exceed the recommended dose;

Contraindicated in hypertension, hyperestrogenism or estrogen dependent tumors, and in diabetics;

The total amount of each dried plant is preferably placed in the same bag, along with generally minimalist labeling, on the identification and use of each plant.
In this way, we managed to save our environment a little more, significantly reducing the possible waste of pre-packaging.
