Seaweed has been a food consumed for many years, especially in East Asia. They are rich in several nutrients, and are considered a natural source of iodine.
Iodine, among other functions, contributes to:
- The normal production of thyroid hormones and the normal functioning of the thyroid;

- A normal cognitive function;
- Normal functioning of the nervous system;
- Maintenance of normal skin.
Ingredients
Bulking Agents: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Phosphate; Macrocystis pyrifera L. extract, stalk (Kelp); Anti-caking agents: Carboxymethylcellulose, Silicon dioxide (silica), Magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Each tablet contains 150 ug of iodine, corresponding to 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value.
