Usage Advice
Take 10 g (2 measuring cups) mixed in a glass of water or juice. We recommend consuming the product for at least 3 months.

The total amount of each dried plant is preferably placed in the same bag, along with generally minimalist labeling, on the identification and use of each plant.
In this way, we managed to save our environment a little more, significantly reducing the possible waste of pre-packaging.
