Usage recommendations

We recommend taking the Detox Mezinha for 1 week before starting the Slimming Mezinha.

The amount of herbs included in this Pack allows taking it for 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the dose used.

Preparation of the Detox Mezinha 

Boil 2 tablespoons of the herbs for about 5 minutes in 700 ml of water. If tolerated, from the 3rd day, increase the dose to 3 spoons in the same amount of water.

If you find the flavor too strong, you can use a larger amount of water, or add a slice of fresh ginger or a few drops of lemon juice.

We suggest drinking a portion of the preparation on an empty stomach and another portion before dinner. The rest should be consumed throughout the day.

You can prepare it the night before and store in the fridge.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture.

Preparation of the Slimming Mezinha 

Infuse 2 tablespoons of the "herbs" for about 5 minutes in 700 ml of water. 

You can prepare and store in the fridge, or put in a bottle and drink throughout the day.

Because it contains caffeine, it's not recommended to take it after the end of the afternoon.

- Not recommended in the case of gallbladder, gastric and intestinal disorders, without first consulting with the doctor;

- Contraindicated in patients with clotting disorders or taking anticoagulants;

- Due to the stimulating effects of the caffeine present in Red Tea, we do not recommend taking this suggestion by sensitive people.

- Not recommended in severe cardiac patients, especially those suffering from arrhythmias. It can trigger anxiety in predisposed people.

- The draining effect of this suggestion may interfere with patients with severe kidney or heart disorders, so you should consult your doctor before taking it.

- The suggested combination is not recommended for children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

- Keep out of the reach of children;

- The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded;

- This product does not replace a varied diet. 

Bulk Herbs dispensed on Paper

For environmental reasons, our medicinal plants are sold in bulk, dispensed in thin kraft paper bags for food use (lighter, recyclable and more sustainable).

They are only weighed when dispensing, according to the quantity requested by the customer.

The total amount of each dried plant is preferably placed in the same bag, along with generally minimalist labeling, on the identification and use of each plant.

In this way, we managed to save our environment a little more, significantly reducing the possible waste of pre-packaging.
