Its optimized concentration in these herbs allows you to guarantee stress relief, promoting a feeling of greater tranquility and a more restful sleep.

Composition
Per 4 tablets: Hops (containing at least 4% rutoside) 600 mg, Passiflora 600 mg, Valerian (containing at least 0.6% sesquiterpenes) 600 mg, Biotin 100 μg (200% VRN*).* Reference Value of the Nutrient.

Usage Advice
Relax: 1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably before meals.
For natural sleep: 2 tablets before bedtime.
