Soapwort Tea
For a cup of water, boil 1 teaspoon of Soapwort root for 5 to 10 minutes.
Use 1 cup 1-2 times a day.
Do not use for long periods or exceed the recommended dose;

In this way, we managed to save our environment a little more, significantly reducing the possible waste of pre-packaging.
