Ginger Root Tea
To prepare ginger tea, for a cup of water, boil a dessert spoon of ginger root for 5 to 10 minutes.
Take 1 cup 1-2 times a day.
If you prefer sweeten with honey.

The total amount of each dried plant is preferably placed in the same bag, along with generally minimalist labeling, on the identification and use of each plant.
In this way, we managed to save our environment a little more, significantly reducing the possible waste of pre-packaging.
