Portuguese Carqueja Flowers, in addition to being very famous in the preparation of teas with high "water out" power, is used in cooking in the preparation of rice and in the seasoning of roasted meats.
An excellent depurative that helps to reduce swelling and fluid retention, also facilitating a balance of sugars.

Infusion
To prepare Carqueja Tea, in a cup of water, you must infuse 1 dessert spoon of carqueja flowers.
Take 1 cup 1-3 times a day.
Carqueja rice
Cook the rice in tea made from Carqueja flowers, using 3 measures of tea for each measure of rice.
Precautions
Do not administer to children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, without first consulting a health professional;
Keep out of the reach of children;
The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded;
This product does not replace a varied diet.
