Exchanges and Returns

The Customer has the right to terminate this contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

The period for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days from the day following the day on which the customer acquires or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of free withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (eg letter sent by post or email). You can use the template withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

The free resolution form model, address and e-mail address for communication are displayed at the end of this page.

In the event of termination of this contract, you will be refunded all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the less expensive method of normal shipping offered by us), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We make these refunds using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, it does not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the free termination of the contract. The deadline is considered to have been respected if you return the goods before the 14-day deadline has expired.

After 14 days of receipt of the order, any return or exchange of products will only be taken into account if invoked and accepted by us, reason for “just cause”

Mário José Coelho Paulo does not accept returns of: food, products sold in bulk, with damaged packaging or with signs of opening, products with an expired expiration date.

In the case of return of products for reasons inherent to their quality, the approval of the refund depends on the decision of the company responsible for commercializing the product.

In the communication, the customer must identify himself, indicating the order in question. You must describe the reason for the return and provide the Paypal account email for the refund. The payment of the refund will only occur after receipt of the products and depending on the analysis of the respective reason for return.

The order must be returned, together with proof of purchase, and Mário José Coelho Paulo will not be held liable in the event of loss of returned products.

Any expense related to the return, including the reshipment of the order, when the return is not accepted by Mário José Coelho Paulo, stays in costumer charges.

Mário José Coelho Paulo will not advance payment of expenses related to the return of the order.

If the customer is interested in receiving the returned order, he must transfer the amount of the shipping cost in advance to the Mário José Coelho Paulo bank account.
