Shipping and Delivery

Pick up at the store: After confirming the payment, the customer can contact the number +351 289 822505, and schedule the collection directly at the store.

NATIONAL SHIPMENTS (MAINLAND PORTUGAL)

NACEX: Delivery usually takes place between 20H to 30H, after payment confirmation.

Not applicable, when payment is formalized, after 11.00 am on Thursday, in which case, delivery will only occur at the beginning of the following week.

Delivery time tends to vary depending on the time of payment for the order, our workload, and the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances on the part of the carrier.

NATIONAL SHIPMENTS (PORTUGAL - ISLANDS)

National Registered Mail: Delivery usually takes place within 3 working days (possible delay) after payment confirmation.

Delivery time tends to vary depending on the time of payment for the order, our workload, and the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances on the part of the post office.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (EUROPEAN UNION)

Registered Mail: Delivery takes place in Europe, usually within 3 working days (possible delay), after payment confirmation.

Delivery time tends to vary depending on the time the order is paid, our workload, and the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances by the post office.

International shipments are restricted to European Union countries, with a maximum limit of 1.5 kg of products per order.

Important: Once the order has been received, before signing the delivery note from the carrier, we recommend checking that the product has not undergone any type of alteration during transport. Check that the received package is externally in good condition.

Otherwise, record the incident on the carrier's delivery note, reject the order and notify Ervas e Mezinhas in writing within 24 hours via email geral@ervasemezinhas.pt.

Product Tracking

Through our website, you can track your order at any time, so you can have an estimated delivery date.

Important: The goods will be delivered exclusively during the week, from Monday to Friday.

Ervas e Mezinhas cannot be held responsible, for any reason whatsoever, for any possible delay in the delivery of the product or for any defect that it may present, directly or indirectly attributable to the transport company.

In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, after the formalization of the order with or without the respective payment, Ervas e Mezinhas has the right to cancel the order, and mandatorily refund the amount paid, as agreed in communication by email, without any obligation to compensate the customer for what happened.

After formalizing the order, payment must occur within 3 working days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Failure to check the order at the time of delivery makes any claim regarding damaged products unfeasible.
