Preparation of Soothing Tea

Infuse together 1 teaspoon of each "herb" in about 300ml of boiled water for approximately 5 minutes.

For practical purposes, you can combine all the herbs in a container, and use a full tablespoon of the mixture in its preparation.

Precautions

Valerian, although very important, has an intense and particular smell, which is sometimes not tolerated.

It is not recommended to use it together with treatments with sedative drugs;

Do not use if driving or using machines;

The suggested combination is not recommended for children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Keep out of the reach of children;

The indicated daily use should not be exceeded;

This product does not replace a varied diet.

Bulk Herbs dispensed on Paper

For environmental reasons, our medicinal plants are sold in bulk, dispensed in thin kraft paper bags for food use (lighter, recyclable and more sustainable).

They are only weighed when dispensing, according to the quantity requested by the customer.

The total amount of each dried plant is preferably placed in the same bag, along with generally minimalist labeling, on the identification and use of each plant.

In this way, we managed to save our environment a little more, significantly reducing the possible waste of pre-packaging.
