Spearmint (Mentha spicata) is a mint variety with a lower concentration of menthol, typical of the species of this family.
It's milder taste is especially appreciated in the preparation of recipes, where the "controlled" menthol flavor does not spoil a more delicate dish.

To prepare Spearmint tea, in a cup of water, you must infuse 1 dessert spoon.
Take 1 cup 1-3 times a day.
